I love this home and I think you will too, it is just perfect in every way. The seller has impeccable taste, and you will feel as if you are in Pottery Barn! There is no detail left undone, New HVAC, roof only two years old. There is a full appliance package, the seller even has an extra brand new, still in the box, cooktop, and microwave that you can add at a later date in addition to the existing. Hot water heater is newer, nicely neutral painted throughout! The enclosed porch area can be used for a multitude of purposes, office, playroom, etc. The living room has two large skylights that stream a lot of natural light and is a great size. The eat-in-kitchen is not skimpy at all, it has recessed lighting, a nice size island for prep work, a pantry, the washer, and dryer are contained in the pantry area, again plenty of space.
